wolfBoot, our secure bootloader, secures satellites by ensuring that any firmware update is signed and verified by our wolfCrypt FIPS 140-3 cryptography library. We also support TLS 1.3 or SSH for secure delivery of the updated firmware, should you be concerned about the security of your network connection and potentially subject to man in the middle attacks. wolfSSL can run ‘over the top’ of the various satellite communications standards.

wolfTPM is a portable open-source TPM 2.0 stack tailored for embedded systems applications. Notably versatile, it runs seamlessly on RTOS, bare metal, and resource constrained environments. It can support FPGA based fTPM’s as well as all popular hardware TPM’s.

The wolfSSL embedded TLS library is a lightweight, portable, C-language-based TLS library targeted at IoT, embedded, and RTOS environments primarily because of its size, speed, and feature set. It works seamlessly in desktop, enterprise, and cloud environments as well. wolfSSL supports industry standards up to the current TLS 1.3 and DTLS 1.3, is up to 20 times smaller than OpenSSL, offers a simple API, an OpenSSL compatibility layer, OCSP and CRL support, DTLS multicast for satellite-to-satellite communications, is backed by the robust wolfCrypt cryptography library, and much more.

wolfCrypt FIPS is currently on the CMVP Modules in Process List for FIPS 140-3. We are diligently working with our testing labs to achieve validation with the new FIPS standard from the NIST. wolfSSL was the first software library on the FIPS 140-3 IUT list for embedded development reflecting our commitment to achieving the first FIPS 140-3 validated software library.
